A little about the book...

Everyone should write a book – even those who don't see themselves as authors. When you write a book, not only do you share what you know, but you also take a thrilling journey of exploration. You dig deeper and solidify in your life the very thing you're writing about. You begin to see your areas of expertise from many unique angles – and you get to share that with others. The process of writing tightens up what you already know and takes you to another level of excellence.

After I wrote my first book, I told myself that I didn't have another book in me. I thought it was a once-off thing – and so I didn't write another book for several years. I then wrote a second book and thought to myself that I didn't have much else to offer beyond that. I didn't genuinely see myself as a writer. But the ideas didn't stop coming…

By the time I got to my third and fourth books, I'd picked up momentum – and I'd figured out how to create unique narratives for the knowledge that I wanted to get across. I'd also figured out a process that made everything flow.

I'd like to show you all the ins and outs of how I write non-fiction – both utilizing WorkFlowy, and many writing dynamics I've figured out in general.

I'll show you the capture method I use to gather my thoughts and ideas, so that by the time it comes to focusing on and actively writing a specific book, the ideas and book structure are laid out already. In fact, you'll have more material than you could possibly include in your book.

If you've never written a book and are thinking about it, the process is so much easier than you can imagine. And if you're an experienced writer, I'll show you how to compile material for multiple books simultaneously, as well as significantly speed up your process from ideation through to publishing.

I've never read a book on how to write, so I have no idea what those kinds of books have to say. Normally, while writing any of my books, I do an incredible amount of reading and research... but with this book, I'm only drawing on my own experience. And so you're guaranteed to see many unique and interesting perspectives and methods. I'll be dumbing this whole thing down, so that writing non-fiction becomes accessible to anyone who has anything of value to share.

Amongst the topics we'll be looking at:

  • A discussion on ChatGPT and AI

  • Using speech-to-text tools effectively

  • Using WorkFlowy to construct and organize sentences, paragraphs, sections and parts of a body of work

  • A variety of WorkFlowy tips and tricks from beginning to end, including an ideation and organizational process for incubating your ideas
