We'll fast-track your momentum with goal-oriented habits, while mitigating those bad habits and time sinks that are tripping you up.

I've revolutionized the workflows of thousands of WorkFlowy users in a dramatic way. But here's the thing: having a seamless system where nothing falls through the cracks and everything lines up beautifully, is one thing – often it's a whole other ball game to actually do the things that you've planned to do. That's where my habit coaching course comes in.

Whether your goals center around your projects or health – or any other areas and activities, we're going to create unstoppable momentum with the habits you choose to make and break.

    1. Daily emails: As the base of this course, you'll get a daily email for 31 consecutive days (February 16th to March 17th), posing thought-provoking Socratic questions, and giving an explanation as to the importance of the questions posed.

    2. Mental preparation phase: (February 16th–25th). This phase consists of 10 days of questions which can be applied to multiple habits, both good and bad. For the first 10 days, you'll reflect upon these questions. You're building motivation and mental resolve. There is no attempt to actually implement your target habits. Not yet.

    3. Action phase: (February 26th–March 17th). For a further 3 weeks you will continue to receive Socratic questions geared to help you focus on putting your chosen habits into practice. You'll also receive practical productivity tips on how to focus and follow through with your chosen habit.

    4. Access to a Slack community: this is optional for those who would like to communicate with others on the same 31-day journey. I will also be interacting daily in the Slack group. You can post publicly or you can direct message me if you have the need.

    5. Procrastination Buddy AI app: I've created a chat app that you will have unlimited access to for the duration of this course. Read more about it below.

    6. "Don't break the chain!" calendar template: I will share a WorkFlowy template with you, where each day, for 31 days, you can answer the questions posed in the daily emails, as well as schedule the actions you're going to be taking. This is to build your confidence and keep you focused as you move through the 31 days.

    7. 2 complimentary books: You will get free access links to my "WorkFlowy Timeline" book, and my book on "Journaling in WorkFlowy" (if you don't yet have them). The regular price of these two books ($80) is the price of this habit-building course.

  • I've created an OpenAI-based assistant app that you will have unlimited access to for the duration of the course. The app makes use of GPT-4, OpenAI's latest model.

    As the name suggests, Procrastination Buddy was created to help you from moment to moment when you feel like you're beginning to procrastinate. All you do is say what you're doing now and what you should be doing instead. Or just say "Hi!"... and Procrastination Buddy will get you on track.
